Extra notes & things to know:
Logistics: There is a shallow water crossing getting to Kuykendall Group campground. While standard sedans were fine last year it ultimately depends on how high the water is. A 4WD is preferred, or you might end up parking on the other side of the water which would be about 1/10 of a mile walk (no major deal).
If you decide to camp, (sweet!), please know this is tent camping, there is a men’s & women’s pit toilet on side. There is also a manual well water pump on site however we will bring a handful of MSR autoflow gravity filters so the group will have plenty of drinkable water on hand.
Things that might be good to pack:
Chair!
Watch the weather: Rain jackets / layers / warm hat
Bug Spray / sunscreen / hand sanitizer
If camping: toothbrush / headlight / etc.

EVENT DESCRIPTION
This is a private event for retail store buyers and staff.
This Event is designed to bring buyers, retail staff, and sales reps together to test product, learn new skills, and reconnect with the outdoors in a beautiful camp setting at Reflection Riding Arboretum. Attendees will be able to camp, climb, explore trails (hike & run) and participate in one-of-a-kind specialized hands-on presentations (must be 18 years old to attend).
This event is outdoors, so please bring your favorite outdoor clothing, based on weather conditions.
While we love Dogs as much as you do, please leave your 4 legged adventure buddy at home, so we can stay focused on learning new skill sets.
Liability Waiver must be signed by all Retail Attendees & Exhibitors.
